It would be impossible to provide a pre-printed order form listing all
the thousands of items and the many configurations that we have. And, with the
vast inventory we handle, it is possible that we may not have everything in when you
order, and there be some items out of stock. Depending on various sources used, it
could take 4-6 weeks from the time your order is received until you get it, although this
is rare. There are no provisions for electronic ordering via E-mail within this
site, and it would be probably beneficial to have pen and paper handy to make notes while
navigating through the Gospel Gallery site. It might also be helpful to print
out a copy of our simple order form in advance.
SHIPPING/HANDLING USA: Add $5.00
for up to six items. Large orders of 78's, albums, videos, (in other
words - heavy and/or bulky or quantity orders) will require addi-
tional postage. We ship ground service via the United States Postal Service and
UPS. If you desire other alternate shipping services, such as Express
Mail, Next Day Air, Second Day Air, Federal Express, or any other alternate shipping
service, please E-mail us, tell us what you wish to order, and your shipping
preference. We will advise you of the additional shipping
charges. Do NOT give credit card information when making this inquiry.
SHIPPING/HANDLING FOREIGN: E-mail
us--including the following information: your name and complete mailing address, your
order, and advise whether you want surface or air mail service, or express
mail. We will send an E-mail advising the shipping charges. Do NOT give
credit card information when making this inquiry.
SALES TAX: Tennessee residents ONLY add
8.25% sales tax to your order.
PAYMENT: Complete payment by check or
money order in US FUNDS ONLY for your total order must accompany all orders. We
do not ship and bill. Some orders may be held for check clearance; this
can be avoided by sending a money order. Mastercard, Visa and Discover charge
cards are accepted. We are not set up secure for credit transmission and this
information via E-mail is discouraged. To pay by credit card, you may mail,
telephone, or fax your order. We do ship COD (extra
charge). All COD orders must be claimed and paid for within 10 days after
notification or it will be returned to us. If a COD comes back to us for
any reason, we will not ship any further CODs to you. Our shipping/handing
costs will be billed to you and no additional orders will be accepted until these charges
are paid.
RETURNED CHECKS: $20.00 service charge
for any reason.

in the Ref#, Label/Cat. No., Code, Description, Grade, and Price. Use the
following abbreviations for the CODE column: LP (Album), 78 (78
Record), 45 (45/45EP Record), 33S (33 Single/EP), PIC (Picture), POS (Poster),
MEM (Memorabilia), SUB (Subscription), and BK (Book or
Songbook). Cassettes and CDs will be added in the near
future. Codes for these will be: C (Cassette) and CD (CD). You may email the
